摘要
本论文研究中玻碳电极对苏丹红Ⅰ的电化学氧化具有明显的催化作用。利用此催化性能,建立了一种测定苏丹红Ⅰ的电化学方法。在pH=6的硫酸钠溶液中,利用线性扫描伏安法进行了测定,当苏丹红Ⅰ的质量浓度在0.2~10.0 mg/L范围内时,氧化峰电流大小与浓度呈良好的线性关系,检出限为0.06 mg/L。此方法简单快速,具有较宽的线性范围和较低的检出限,可应用于食品中苏丹红Ⅰ的检测。
In this study, glassy carbon electrode has an obvious catalytic effect on the electrochemical oxidation of Sudan I. An electrochemical method for determination of Sudan I was established by using the catalytic activity. The linear scan voltammetry was used for the determination of Sudan I in sodium sulfate solution of pH = 6. The oxidation peak current and the mass concentration of Sudan I had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.2~10.0 mg/L, and the detection limit was 0.06 mg/L. The method is simple and rapid, with wide linear range and low detection limit. It can be used for the determination of Sudan I in food.
