摘要
介绍了Aspen Plus用户子程序的开发过程。采用Aspen Plus的Rplug模块,结合Fortran动力学子程序,对固定床反应器进行了模拟,并与考虑了径向温度、浓度分布的二维模拟结果进行了比较。通过对比表明AspenPlus与动力学子程序相结合的方法模拟固定床反应器结果可靠。
The development process of the Aspen Plus user subroutine is introduced. The shell-and-tube fixed bed reactor was simulated using Aspen Plus's Rplug module in combination with a Fortran kinetic subroutine,and compared with the two-dimensional simulation results considering the radial temperature and concentration distribution. The comparison showed that the simulation of fixed bed reactor by Aspen Plus combined with kinetic subroutine is reliable.
