摘要
餐厨垃圾可以细分为餐饮垃圾和厨余垃圾。餐饮垃圾基本是熟料,是餐后垃圾;厨余垃圾大多是生料,基本产于餐前或储运的过程中。从目前国内餐饮垃圾和厨余垃圾的主流处理工艺和技术现状来看,厌氧消化被认为是目前最有效的处理工艺。解决餐厨垃圾的处理问题还需要国家政策的支持和企业的共同努力。
Kitchen waste can be subdivided into catering waste and kitchen waste. Catering waste is basically clinker, which is post-meal waste; most of the kitchen waste is raw meal, which is basically produced before or during storage. A summary of the current mainstream processing technology of domestic catering waste and kitchen waste found that anaerobic digestion technology is considered to be the most effective treatment technology at present. Solving the problem of kitchen waste disposal requires the support of national policies and the joint efforts of enterprises.
