我国建筑行业的能耗约占全社会用能总量的30%,且随着房地产市场的发展,这一比重呈逐年上升趋势。建筑行业能源消耗越来越引起地方政府的重视,如何开展好节能评估工作,从源头上减少能源消耗,对于我国建筑节能、减少温室气体排放具有重要意义。本文分析了现行的建筑行业节能评估中存在的问题,继而根据问题产生的原因提出了相关建议。

China＇s construction industry consumes about 30% of the total energy consumption of the whole society. Recently, China＇s construction industry market is extremely hot, and the total energy consumption of the construction industry accounts for an increasing proportion of total energy consumption, especially building heating and air conditioning energy consumption. The energy consumption of the construction industry has increasingly attracted the attention of local governments. How to carry out energy conservation assessment work and reduce energy consumption from the source is of great significance for building energy conservation and reducing greenhouse gas emissions in China.
