摘要
随着人们对氨氮危害水环境质量认识的不断深入,高氨氮废水处理标准也日益严格。本试验通过改进废水处理工艺,对某电子公司酸性蚀刻液电解过程中会产生氯气进行资源化利用,采用液碱吸收氯气生成次氯酸钠处理高氨氮废水。结果表明,改进工艺后,不仅降低高氨氮废水处理成本,而且与改进工艺前相比,改进工艺后平均废水总排口氨氮含量降低了28.42%,提高了处理高氨氮废水的效果。
With the deepening understanding of the harm of ammonia nitrogen wastewater to water environment quality, the standards of high ammonia nitrogen wastewater treatment have become increasingly stringent. With improving the wastewater treatment technology, chlorine generated is utilized during acid etching electrolysis in an electronic company. Sodium hypochlorite is synthesized by absorbing chlorine gas with liquid alkali, which is used to treat high ammonia nitrogen wastewater. The result is shown that the cost of high ammonia nitrogen wastewater treated is reduced after improving technology. Simultaneously, with that before the improved technology, the average of value ammonia nitrogen content in the overall outlet wastewater is reduced to 28.42%. This improves effect of the treatment wastewater of high-ammonia-nitrogen wastewater after improving technology.
