摘要
吊机是模块钻机在钻井期间最重要的辅助设备之一,承担着吊装钻杆、套管、泥浆散料和钻井工具等工具的重任,其布置的合理性直接影响模块钻机的钻井效率。本文以惠州32-5平台为例,提供了2种吊机的布置方案,从使用角度出发,对钻机位于极限井位时,吊机的覆盖能力进行放样对比,综合考虑吊装半径、吊装能力、海上安装要求、平台结构受力等因素,得出最优布置方案。
The crane is one of the most important auxiliary equipment of the module drilling rig. It takes on the heavy responsibility of lifting drill pipe, casing, mud aggregate and drilling tools. The rationality of its arrangement directly affects the drilling efficiency of the module drilling rig. Taking the HUI ZHOU 32-5 platform as an example, this paper provides two kinds of layout schemes for the crane. From the point of view of use, the covering capacity of the crane is compared when the rig is located at the limit well position. Taking into account such factors as hanging radius, lifting capacity, installation requirements, and the force of platform structure, the optimal layout scheme is obtained.
