衢州市急救护士灾害准备度及救护核心能力研究

Disaster Preparedness and Core Competency of Disasters Rescue of Emergency Nurses in Quzhou City

目的:调查急救护士的灾害准备度及救护核心能力的现状,为提高急救护士灾害应对能力提供参考。方法:采用便利抽样法,对衢州市4家医院196名急救护士进行问卷调查。结果:急救护士的灾害准备度平均分为(186.02±34.89)分,处于中等水平;灾害知识维度得分(54.47±9.62)分,灾后管理维度得分(86.73±17.22)分,灾害技术维度得分(44.82±7.15)分;不同学历、工作年限、是否有救灾经历、是否参加过救灾培训的护士灾害准备度得分具有显著性差异(P<0.05);急救护士的灾害救护核心能力平均分为(54.70±14.54)分,各维度均分从低到高依次为应对阶段(2.05±0.74)分、准备阶段(2.23±0.87)分和灾后恢复阶段(2.34±0.96)分;不同等级灾害准备度的护士灾害救护核心能力得分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);灾害救护核心能力与灾害准备度呈正相关(r=0.25,P<0.05)。结论:急救护理人员灾害准备度和救护核心能力处于中等水平,应采用有效方法和途径开展系统化灾害护理教育培训,提高急救护士灾害准备度和救护核心能力。

Objective： To investigate the status of the disaster preparedness and the core competency of disasters rescue of emergency nurses, so as to provide reference for improving their emergency response competency. Methods： The convenient sampling method was used to investigate 196 emergency nurses in 4 hospitals in Quzhou City. The questionnaire survey was conducted using the general data questionnaire, the disaster readiness assessment scale and the disaster rescue core competence questionnaire. Results： The average disaster preparedness of emergency nurses was （186.02±34.89） and at the middle level.the scores of disaster knowledge were（54.47±9.62）,the scores of disaster management were（86.73±17.22）,the scores of disaster technology were （44.82±7.15）. The scores of nurses with different educational background, working life, whether there is disaster relief experience, whether to participate in disaster relief training were significantly different （ P 〈 0.05）. The core competency of disaster rescue of emergency nurses was （54.70±14.54） points. The scores of all dimensions ranged from low to high was response stage（2.05±0.74）, preparation stage（2.23±0.87）and post disaster recovery stage（2.34±0.96）. There were significant differences in scores of core competence of disaster rescue at different levels of disaster preparedness （ P 〈0.05）. The core competency of disaster rescue is positively related to the degree of disaster preparedness（ r=0.25, P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： The disaster preparedness and the core competency of emergency nurses are at the middle level. It is necessary to adopt effective methods and ways to carry out systematic disaster nursing education and training to improve the degree of disaster preparedness and the core competency of rescue.
