基于文献计量学及内容分析的互联网对医患关系的影响研究

Study on Impact of Internet on Doctor-Patient Relationship: Integration of Bibliometrics and Content analysis

互联网时代的医患关系已成为当前理论和实践研究的前沿与重点,国内仅有少量研究对相关研究进行全面梳理和评述。本文基于文献计量学方法,通过检索CNKI数据库,收集截至2017年12月31日已发表的关于互联网对医患关系影响的文献,进行文献计量分析。此外,本文还对相关文献进行了内容分析,对比分析了互联网影响医患关系的不同方式,从而全面深入地阐述了互联网对医患关系的影响。

The relationship between doctors and patients has become the forefront and focus of the current theoretical and practical research in the Internet times. However, only a small amount of research in China has comprehensively review the relevant research. Based on the method of bibliometrics, this paper collects the literature on the influence of the Internet on doctor-patient relationship published by Dec. 31, 2017 through the search of CNKI database, and conducts bibliometric analysis. In addition, the paper analyzes the contents of the relevant literatures and compares the different ways in which the Internet influences the doctor-patient relationship. Thereby, the paper expounds the impact of the Internet on the doctor-patient relationship comprehensively and in depth.
