我国东中西部卫生资源配置效率比较分析

Comparative Analysis of Health Resources Allocation Efficiency Among the Eastern,Central and Western Regions of China

目的:对我国东中西部卫生资源配置效率进行比较分析,为提升卫生资源配置效率、优化卫生资源配置结构提供依据。方法:运用超效率DEA视窗对东中西部卫生资源配置效率进行比较分析。结果:2009-2016年的卫生资源配置中,东中西部超效率年度均值分别为1.017、0.957、1.004。从效率提升上看,东中西部效率总变化分别为0.089、0.105、-0.006。结论:我国东中西部卫生资源配置效率存在地区间差异,需要统筹规划全国卫生资源,优化卫生资源配置结构。

Objective： To Make a comparative analysis of health resources allocation efficiency among the eastern, central and western regions of China, so as to provide a basis for improving health resources allocation efficiency and optimizing health resources allocation structure. Methods： Using SE-DEA window to compare the health resources allocation efficiency among the eastern, central and western regions of China. Results： For the health resources allocation in 2009-2016, the annual averages of the SE-DEA in the eastern, central, and western regions were 1.017, 0.957 and 1.004. In terms of efficiency improvement, the total efficiency changes in the eastern, central and western regions were 0.089, 0.105 and -0.006. Conclusion： There are regional differences in the efficiency of the health resources allocation in the eastern, central and western regions of China. It is necessary to plan the national health resources and optimize health resources allocation.
