批次需求型成品油管道的批次计划优化模型 被引量:6

A model for optimizing batch schedules of a products pipeline based on the batch-demand mode

摘要 对于大多数成品油管道,制定可行的批次计划方案,往往需要考虑管道类型多变、站场作业方式多变、各类工艺约束等要求。以批次需求型成品油管道为研究对象,选取管道沿线所有管段运行流量整体平稳性最高作为目标函数,综合考虑批次跟踪、管段流量、中间站分输与注入、末站分输、站场需求等约束条件,采用离散时间表达方式建立了管道中间站批次计划优化的混合整数线性规划(MILP)模型。以某成品油管道为例,选取8 h为时间步长离散计划期,利用CPLEX软件计算获得管道中间站批次计划最优方案。优化结果表明,利用所建立的MILP模型产生的批次计划具有较强的可实施性。(图3,表3,参20) For most products pipelines, drafting feasible batch schedules are difficult works that different types of pipelines, different operating modes of stations and many process constraints must be considered. This paper proposes a mixed- integer linear programming (MILP) model using the discrete-time expression for optimizing batch schedules of intermediate stations along a products pipeline that is based on the batch-demand mode. In the MILP model, the objective is to seek the highest stability of pumping rates of all pipeline segments along a pipeline. The constraints, i.e., batch tracking, pumping rate of pipeline segments, delivery and injection of intermediate stations, delivery of the terminal station and demand of stations are comprehensively considered. The proposed MILP model solved by CPLEX is successfully tested on a products pipeline. By setting the discrete time step to be 8 hours, the optimal batch schedules of intermediate stations are achieved. The results show that the batch schedules provided by the proposed MILP have a strong practicability. (3 Figures, 3 Tables, 20 References)
