摘要
面对"废止中医"论的威胁,近代中医学走上了借鉴并模仿西医学制度的自救道路,对中医教育进行改革就是其中的一项举措。中、西医学是两种相互独立的异质性医学,中医界仿效西医教育制度建立新式的中医学校取代了传统的师徒相承的教育模式,这种改革对中医学自身来说是否合理?或者说新式的学校教育是否符合中医学的传承?中医学知识体系中包含着大量的缄默知识,从缄默知识视角对中医学进行分析可见,学校教育和师徒传承相结合的模式更适用于中医学的教育。
Faced with the threat of "abolished traditional Chinese medicine", modern chinese medicine was forced towards to the path of imitating the education system of western medicine. And the education reform of tradi- tional Chinese medicine is one of the measures. Both of these two kinds of medicines are mutually independent heterogeneity, and the education reform is reasonable or not is still a question. After all, the new mode of school education reform replaced the mentoring of traditional Chinese medicine. Based on the tacit knowledge perspective, the article analyzes the traditional Chinese medicine in order to find the answer, that is, the combination of school education and mentoring is more suitable to Chinese medicine education.
