乡村振兴战略下发展全域旅游的思考——以阿坝藏族羌族自治州为例

党的十九大报告首次提出实施乡村振兴战略。发展旅游是实施乡村振兴战略的一个有效措施。文章分析了四川省阿坝州发展全域旅游的内在逻辑和现实意义,同时分析了阿坝州发展全域旅游具有旅游资源丰富、政策扶持、区位等优势,但受到主客观条件的制约,阿坝州发展全域旅游面临着许多问题,需要增加旅游资金投入,加快基础设施建设,增强旅游协同发展,优化旅游管理体制和机制等。期待本文能在乡村振兴战略背景下为阿坝州发展全域旅游提供有益参考。
