摘要
随着全球移动互联网、物联网和中国旅游市场的快速发展,以美食旅游为主体的旅游方式正悄然兴起并得到了旅游市场以及广大游客的喜爱。川菜作为中国四大菜系之一,具有深厚的文化底蕴,已成为吸引游客来川旅游的重要因素,但在旅游发展过程中由于过度追求旅游经济效益而忽视了对传统川菜口味、技法的保护。本文对四川旅游发展过程中的川菜饮食文化发展现状进行了分析,在此基础上发现其存在的问题,并对如何保护传统川菜提出了笔者的一些建议。
With the rapid expansion of the mobile Internet and the Internet of Things around the globe and China' s tourism market, tourism with cuisine as the mainstay emerges, becoming a favorite on the tourism market and among tourists. Sichuan cuisine is one of the four major Chinese cuisines. It is a time - honored cultural heritage that has attracted tourists to Sichuan. Single- minded pursuit of economic benefits in the tourism, however, has edged out the preservation of the taste and techniques of traditional Sichuan cuisine. This paper identifies the problems with Sichuan cuisine culture after an analysis of its development backdropped by Sichuan' s booming tourism and offers suggestions on how to preserve traditional Sichuan cuisine.
