摘要
掘进巷道过断层带期间,顶板出现破碎现象,如不采取合理有效的支护措施,不仅会加大巷道掘进难度,降低顶板支护效果,而且容易发生顶板冒顶事故。兴盛园煤业公司在1011巷过断层破碎带期间,对顶板支护进行优化设计。实践证明,支护设计优化后提高了破碎顶板稳定性,加快了巷道掘进效率,取得了显著成效。
During the course of roadway crossing fault zone, roof breakage occurs. If reasonable and effective supporting measures are not taken, it will not only increase the diffculty of roadway tunneling, reduce the effect of roof support, but also easily lead to roof caving accidents. Xingshengyuan Coal Company has optimized the roof support during the 1011 Lane passing through the fault fracture zone. Practice proves that the optimization of support design improves the stability of broken roof, speeds up the roadway driving effciency, and achieves remarkable results.
