摘要
分析了井下粉尘的来源,针对生产现场实际,采用了煤体注水、采掘机械喷雾、通风除尘、水幕喷雾、使用水泡泥、巷道洒水灭尘等防尘技术措施,实践效果表明综合治理技术能大幅度降低井下煤尘浓度,营造一个良好的井下作业环境。
This paper analyzes the sources of dust in underground mine, and in view of the actual production site, some dust-proof technical measures such as water injection in coal body, spraying of mining machinery, ventilation and dust removal, water curtain spraying, use of blister slurry, sprinkling water and dust removal in roadway are adopted. The practical results show that the comprehensive control technology can greatly reduce the concentration of coal dust in underground mine and create a good underground mine working environment.
