摘要 为提升煤矿机电设备运转的可靠性与稳定性,引入物联网技术,结合山西忻州神达金山矿业12102#综采面的实际情况,构建基于物联网的矿井机电设备状态监测系统,并基于无线通信技术,重点分析带式输送机在线监测、副井提升机在线监测。本系统方案在实践应用中取得了良好效果,有效地提升了煤矿机电设备的安全稳定性。 In order to improve the reliability and stability of coal mine mechanical and electrical equipment operation, this paper introduces the Internet of Things (IOT) technology, combined with the actual situation of 12102#fully mechanized mining face in Xinzhou Shenda Jinshan Mine, Shanxi Province, constructs a mine mechanical and electrical equipment condition monitoring system based on the Internet of Things, and analyzes the on-line monitoring of belt conveyor and auxiliary shaft hoist based on wireless communication technology. The system scheme has achieved good results in practical application, effectively improving the safety and stability of coal mine electromechanical equipment.
