城市河道治理常见问题及对策探讨

Analysis of Common Problems in Urban River Regulation

指出了国家推行河长制以来,全国各省市陆续出台了实施河长制的方案并全面实施,但城区河道由于人为干扰严重,污染源多样,涉及面广等因素成为多地河道治理中的难题。在系统梳理城区河道治理难题的基础上,提出了查找污染源、确定污染量,采用合适的治理技术来实现城区河道的治理,以期为我国全面推行河长制,促进城区河道整治提供参考。

Since the implementation of the river chief system, various provinces and cities across the country have suc- cessively introduced the implementation of ＂the river chiefsystem and implemented it comprehensively. Due to serious human disturbance, pollution sources are diverse, and wide--ranging factors have become a difficult problem in urban river management. On the basis of systematically sorting out the problems of river management in the city, this paper proposes to find the source of pollution, determine the amount of pollution, and adopt appropriate treatment tech niques to realize the governance of urban rivers. It is reference significance for China to fully implement the river length system and promote urban river improvement.
