摘要
以羊草为对象,研究了石油污染胁迫对羊草叶片性状的影响。结果表明:石油污染在低浓度(15g/kg)胁迫下对羊草的叶长、叶宽、株高、叶面积以及生物量等影响不大(P>0.05),在高浓度(50g/kg)胁迫下羊草的叶长、叶宽、株高、叶面积以及生物量等指标均有明显下降(p<0.01),50g/kg处理浓度明显对羊草的生长起到抑制作用。羊草的叶面积与生物量呈极显著的正相关关系(P<0.01),比叶面积明显增加(P<0.01),并且生物量的增加程度要大于叶面积的增加程度,在低浓度石油污染对羊草叶片形状没有太大的影响,高浓度石油污染下羊草叶片形状指标有下降的趋势。
Taking Leymuschinensis as the research object, the effects of oil pollution stress on the leaf shape of Ley muschinensiswere studied. The results showed that oil pollution had little effect on leaf length, leaf width, plant height, leaf area and biomass of Leymuschinensis under low concentration (15 gokg 1) stress (P〉0.05). Under high concentration (50 gokg-1), leaf length, leaf width, plant height, leaf area and biomass decreased significantly (p 〈 0.01). The concentration of (50 gokg 1)significantly inhibited the growth of Leymuschinensis. The growth of grass plays a depressing role. The leaf area of Leymuschinensisshowed a significant positive correlation with bio mass (P〈0.01), and the leaf area increased significantly (P〈0.01), and the increase of biomass was greater than the increase of leaf area. The low concentration of petroleum pollution had little effect on the shape of leaves of Ley muschinensis, and the shape index of Leymuschinensisleaves showed a downward trend under high concentration of petroleum pollution.
