摘要
制备了白藜芦醇纳米结构脂质载体(Res-NLC),筛选了最佳制备工艺和最优处方。固体脂质、液体脂质和表面活性剂为辅料,采用溶剂蒸发-低温固化法制备纳米结构脂质载体,以粒径、包封率和载药量为指标考察了Res-NLC的制备工艺及制剂处方。结果表明:通过单因素及正交试验结果得出最佳制备工艺和最优处方,在此条件下制备的白藜芦醇纳米结构脂质载体的包封率为84.87%,载药量为8.48%,粒径为252.4nm。提出了白藜芦醇纳米结构脂质载体包封率、粒度达到药典关于纳米粒子的质量相关要求。
Objective: In order to prepare resveratrol nanostructured lipid carrier (Res NLC) and screen the best preparation process and the optimal prescription. Methods: The nanostructured lipid carriers were prepared by sol vent evaporation low temperature curing method and used solid lipids, liquid lipids and surfactants as the excipi ents. Then the preparation of Res NLC was investigated using particle size, encapsulation efficiency and drug load ing as indicators, process and formulation prescriptions. Results: The single factor and orthogonal test results showed that the best preparation technology was the optimal formulation. Under the optimum conditions, the encap sulation efficiency of Res NLC was 84.87 %, and the drug loading was 8.48%. Conclusion: The entrapment efficiency and particle size of resveratrol nanostructured lipid carriers meet the requirements of the pharmacopoeia on the quality of nanoparticles.
