降低可溶性阳极电镀锡机组锡耗的研究 被引量:2

摘要 指出了某可溶性阳极电镀锡机组的锡耗成本占镀锡工序成本的40%左右。对锡锭入厂到铸造阳极、上线电镀、旧阳极返回重铸以及锡渣、锡泥回收的全流程进行了梳理分析,并用科学的方法建立了锡耗评价指标,运用精益思想对每一个环节可能造成锡阳极异常消耗的问题,分别从技术和管理的角度提出了整改措施和管控方案,收到了非常好的效益,可供参考。 The tin consumption of electrolytic tinning line with soluble anode is about 40% of the tin plating process cost. In this paper,the whole process from tin ingot to casting anode, on line electroplating, old anode return recas ring, tin slag and tin sludge recycling is analyzed, and the tin consumption evaluation index is established by scientific method. The rectification measures and control schemes are given from the perspective of technology and manage ment, and very good benefits have been received.
