Construction and Application of Innovative City's Evaluation System

构建了创新型城市评价指标体系,确立了定量、定性指标以及总分值的评价方法,以国家创新型城市常州市为例,进行了实例应用,并指出了常州市的建设短板。构建的评价体系能科学评价创新型城市建设水平,以期创新型城市建设提供参考。

This paperconstructs the evaluation index system of innovative city. Its determines the evaluation method of the ration, qualitative and total index. Taking the national innovative city of Changzhou as an example,the application of this method was carried out. The constructed evaluation system can scientifically evaluate the level of innovative ur ban construction and has far reaching significance for the construction of innovative cities.
