摘要
以鹅观草种子为研究对象,探讨了不同的老化温度和激素处理对鹅观草种子萌发的影响。以蒸馏水处理为对照,在3种不同浓度的ABA、NAA和GA以及3个温度(30℃、40℃、50℃)下对种子进行了处理,观察种子发芽率。研究结果表明:温度老化处理下种子萌发率随着温度的升高而降低,30℃下的萌发率最佳,50℃发芽率最低;ABA促进了种子的休眠,降低了种子的发芽速率,10mmol/LABA处理下的种子萌发率显著低于其他浓度的萌发率,其他各浓度间无显著差别;GA打破了种子休眠,3mmol/L时萌发速度最快,高浓度GA处理下的种子萌发率显著降低;NAA显著降低了鹅观草的萌发速度和萌发率,高浓度的NAA对萌发起到了抑制作用。
The research based on Roegneriakamoji seeds is implemented in order to study on the effect of different temperature aging and hormone treatment on the seed germination of Roegneriakamoji.The seeds are treated with three different concentrations of ABA、NAA、GA and three temperature gradients(30 ℃,40 ℃,50 ℃)to observe the germination rate with distilled water as control.The results show that the aging temperature accelerates the germination of Roegneriakamojiseeds.Seed germination rate of Roegneriakamoji decreases with increasing temperature,and its germination rate is the best at 30℃and the lowest at 50℃.At the same time,ABA promotes seed dormancy and lowers the speed of seed germination.Seed germination rate is significantly lower with 10 mmol/L ABA treatment than other concentrations treatment,and no significant difference among other concentrations is found.GA promotes seed dormancy of Roegneriakamoji,while the highest seed germination rate of Roegneriakamoji only happens with 3 mmol/L GA treatment,the seed germination rate of Roegneriakamoji at higher concentration significantly decreases.Finally,NAA significantly reduces not only the germination speed of Roegneriakamojiseeds but also the amount of the whole germination,and higher concentration of NAA inhibits the seed germination of Roegneriakamoji.
