乡村聚落旅游开发适宜性评价——以门头沟爨底下村和苇子水村为例

Suitability Evaluation of Rural Settlement Tourism Development——ACase Study of Mentougou Village

指出了在当代中国的聚落有机更新环节中,可以看到各类建筑师正如火如荼的进行着全国范围内的乡土建筑改造设计,这也从侧面证明了中国大量的乡村聚落正以旅游开发为发展导向,竭尽所能的利用乡村资源,试图通过旅游开发进行产能置换,带动乡村经济,获得除传统乡村产业以外的红利。有大量的乡村聚落成功的实现了转换,发达的旅游业促进了村落迸发新的活力,形成人员回流,形成良性循环。与此同时也能看到很多乡村聚落在此过程中因为没能准确地定位自我优势以及是否具有旅游开发的条件,导致其在进行开发的不同环节受到影响,最终处于旅游资源不足、旅游人群稀少等尴尬境地。结合国内现有乡村聚落旅游开发适宜性评价体系及相关理论,以笔者实际调研过的乡村聚落为研究对象,探讨了在这类乡村聚落中旅游开发适宜性评价的应用。

In the organic renewal link of the settlement in contemporary China,we can see that all kinds of architects are carrying out the national reconstruction design in full swing.This also proves that a large number of rural settlements in China are taking tourism as development oriented.Rural and village resourcesare fully utilized.All kinds of architectstry to carry out the development of their village through tourism.The replacement of production capacity will drive the rural economy and get dividends other than traditional rural industries.It is undeniable that a large number of rural settlements have been successfully transformed.The developed tourism industry has promoted the bursting of new vitality in the village,forming a backflow of people and a virtuous circle.At the same time,we can also see that many rural settlements in this process have not been able to accurately locate their own advantages and whether they have the conditions of tourism development,resulting in the impact of the different links in the development of the countryand finally in the awkward circumstances of the shortage of tourism resources and the scarcity of tourists.This study will combine the existing rural settlements Tourism Development Suitability Evaluation System and related theories in China.Takingseveral rural settlements as the research object,this paper discusses the application of Tourism Development Suitability Evaluation in these rural settlements.
