密闭式体外培养系统对胚胎发育及小鼠学习和记忆能力的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨密闭式培养系统对胚胎发育及子代小鼠学习和记忆能力的影响。方法建立胚胎密闭式培养体系,分组为密闭培养组和常规培养组(对照组),比较两种培养方式小鼠胚胎的发育和着床情况;Morris水迷宫实验和小鼠跳台实验研究两种培养方式获取的胚胎移植后新生小鼠学习和记忆能力。结果密闭培养组小鼠胚胎发育和着床能力与常规培养组相比无显著差异(P>0.05);Morris水迷宫和小鼠跳台实验结果显示,密闭培养组小鼠胚胎移植后新生小鼠学习和记忆能力与常规培养组无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论密闭培养体系培养的胚胎与常规培养得到的胚胎相比,在胚胎质量、着床能力以及子代小鼠学习和记忆能力方面均无统计学差异。 Objective: To study the effects of sealed -culture system on embryo development and the mice intelligence and learning capability. Methods: The embryo sealed culture system was established. The embryo cultures were divided into two groups:sealed culture group and normal culture group (control group). The implantation rate was compared between the two groups. The Morris water maze experiment and the step down test were used to study the learning and memory of the newborn mice between the two groups. Results: There was no significant difference in development and implantation capacity of mouse embryos of sealed culture group compared with the control group(P〉0. 05). The results of Morris water maze experiment and the step down test showed that there was no significant difference in learning ability and memory ability of the offsprings between the two groups(P〉0. 05). Conclusion: The sealed culture system established in this study does not affect the development and implantation capacity of the embryos,or the intelligence development of the resultant offsprings.
