CRISP1在性腺中的定位和表达及其生殖调节功能的研究进展

摘要 富含半胱氨酸分泌蛋白1(CRISP1)已被证实参与了受精过程中的多个步骤,其在性腺中的定位及表达因物种不同而异。CRISP1有两种不同的形式,分别以不同的机制与精子结合进而参与了精子获能、精子-透明带结合及精卵融合的调控,还有研究发现CRISP1可能成为无精症诊断的标志物。目前CRISP1已成为避孕干预领域中具有前景的靶点。现就CRISP1在人及不同动物性腺中的定位、表达及其生殖调节功能的相关研究进展进行综述。 Cysteine rich secretory prorein I(CRISP1)has been proved to be involved in some steps in the ferdlizadon process. However, its localizadon and expression in gonad vary from species to species. CRISP1 has two different forms,and it respectively combined with sperm with different ways and then pardcipated in the reguladon of capacitation, sperm zona pellucid (ZP)binding, and sperm egg fusion. A study found that CRISP1 might be a marker of diagnosis of azoospermia. At present CRISP1 has become a promising target in contracepdve iwtervewdon. This paper reviews the research progress related with CRISP1 's localization and expression in gonad and its reproductive regulatory function in human and other animals.
