工作场合的平等,表明每位员工都得到平等的对待,没有人遭受歧视。劳动法不允许雇佣者以任何理由歧视雇员。歧视的原因在每个地区各有不同,但常常包括宗教、性别、残疾、种族、年龄和国籍方面的因素。一些组织和地区还将性取向等作为歧视因素。全球化加快了劳动力队伍的多文化性,人们的移动更加频繁,跨国公司正进入越来越多的市场,其文化规范、态度和偏好不同于这些公司的本土市场。本文将试图对上述标准进行研究。
Equality in the workplace shows that every employee is treated equally and no one is discriminated against.Employment laws do not allow employers to discriminate workers based on different factors. The defended classifications differ from one region to another, but frequently entail religion, gender, disability status, race, age, and country of origin Some organizations and jurisdictions also entail sexual orientation or other classifications. Globalization has facilitated the multiculturalism of the workforce since there is a higher rate of movement of people and multinationals are penetrating into more markets that may possess different cultural norms, attitudes, and preferences compared to their domestic market.This paper tries to capture the above metrics mentioned.
