摘要
伴随着现代通信技术和终端设备的发展而兴起的移动学习,已成为教育应用前沿必不可少的一部分,人力资源管理课程移动教学模式的改革势在必行。教师应适应移动互联网教育教学模式的变化,应用移动学习平台开展移动信息化教学,发挥移动学习与传统课堂教学的互补作用,从而应对互联网时代对人力资源管理课程教学的挑战。
With the development of modern wireless communication technology and terminal equipment, mobile learning has become an essential part of educational application.The reform of the mobile teaching mode in the course of Human Resource Management is imperative.Teachers should adapt to the change of education and teaching mode in the era of mobile Internet, apply mobile learning platform to carry out mobile information teaching, play the advantages of mobile learning and traditional classroom teaching, so as to meet the challenges of the era of "Human Resources Management" course teaching reform.
