摘要
目的:分析医疗纠纷现象对医生医疗行为产生的影响,寻找其形成原因,并找出解决对策。方法:选择近三年发生的医疗纠纷40件,针对医生自身医疗行为进行调查,确定是否有过度医疗行为。结果:对40件医疗纠纷原因进行调查可知,27.50%为医患沟通问题,2.50%为医疗费用问题,57.50%为诊疗程序问题,12.50%为病历管理问题;经历医疗纠纷的过度医疗行为例数和防御性医疗行为例数,与未经历医疗纠纷的存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:医疗纠纷的发生对医生医疗行为产生的影响较大,医务人员要与患者或家属保持良好的沟通,进而有效预防医疗纠纷,减少医疗纠纷事件,医院还要制定医患沟通机制和相关规范,建立医疗风险管理制度,并在实施过程中对其不断的完善和优化。
to analyze the causes of medical disputes on doctors' own medical behavior,and to find out the countermeasures. Methods: 40 cases of medical disputes were selected. Results: among the 40 cases of medical disputes, 27.50% were doctor-patient communication,2.50% were medical expenses, 57.50% were diagnosis and treatment procedures and 12.50% were medical records management, and there were significant differences between the cases of overtreatment and defensive medical behaviors experienced by medical disputes and those not experienced (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: the occurrence of medical disputes is of great importance to the doctors themselves. Medical behavior has a great influence, medical personnel should maintain good communication, and then effectively prevent medical disputes and reduce medical disputes.
