摘要
目的对火绒草中的化学成分进行研究,以明确其药理作用的物质基础,为该植物的药用资源开发利用提供依据。方法联合应用大孔吸附树脂、硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、ODS以及高效液相色谱法等多种色谱方法对火绒草的化学成分进行分离纯化,并利用其理化性质与核磁共振波谱数据鉴定所分离出的化合物的化学结构。结果从火绒草体积分数70%乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了9个化合物,分别为麦芽酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖甙(2-methyl-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-pyran-4-one,1),maltol6'-O-β-D-apiofuranosyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(2),licoagroside B(3),3,5-双咖啡酰基奎宁酸(3,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid,4),3,4-双咖啡酰基奎宁酸(3,4-dicaffeoylquinic acid,5),4-羟基-苯甲醛-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(4-hydroxy-benzaldehyde-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,6),对羟基苯甲酸(p-hydroxyl benzoic acid,7),adenosine(8)和1H-吲哚-3-羧酸(1H-indole-3-carboxylic acid,9)。结论化合物1~3、6和9为首次从火绒草属植物中分离得到;化合物4为首次从火绒草植物中分离得到。
Objective To clarify the material basis of the pharmacological effects of Leontopodium leontopodioides ( WiUd. ) Beauv. , the constituents from it have been studied, which may promote the development and utilization of plant resources of this plant. Methods The compounds from L. leontopodioides were isolated by chromatographic methods such as D101 resin, silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, ODS and HPLC, and the structures are elucidated by their physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results Nine constituents were obtained from L. leontopodioides, and named as 2-methyl-3-O-fl-D- glucopyranosyl-pyran-4-one ( 1 ), maltol 6'-O-^-D-apiofuranosyl-fl-D-glucopyranoside ( 2 ), licoagroside B (3), 3,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid ( 4 ), 3,4-dicaffeoylquinic acid ( 5 ), 4-hydroxy-benzaldehyde-3-O-fl-D- glucopyranoside (6) ,p-hydroxyl benzoic acid ( 7 ), adenosine ( 8 ) , and 1H-indole-3-carboxylic acid ( 9 ), respectively. Conclusion Compounds 1-3,6,9 were obtained from Leontopodium genus for the first time, compound 4 was isolated from the species firstly.
