摘要
目的研究獾子油对四氯化碳致小鼠肝损伤的保护作用。方法以四氯化碳致小鼠肝损伤为模型,以联苯双脂滴丸作为阳性药对照,研究獾子油低剂量(5μL·g^(-1))、中剂量(10μL·g^(-1))、高剂量(20μL·g^(-1))对四氯化碳致小鼠肝损伤的保护作用及其与剂量的关系。结果与模型组比较,联苯双脂组与獾子油低、中、高剂量组小鼠的血清中谷草转氨酶(aspartate transaminase,AST)和谷丙转氨酶(alanine aminotransferase,ALT)含量都有所降低,肝匀浆中丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)的含量与肝脏指数也有所降低;而肝匀浆中超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)的含量有所升高,说明獾子油能抑制四氯化碳引起的小鼠血清AST、ALT及肝匀浆中MDA含量和肝脏指数的升高,增加肝匀浆中SOD的含量,而且随着浓度的增加其作用随之增强。结论獾子油对四氯化碳致小鼠肝损伤有保护作用,且高剂量保护作用最佳。
Objective To research the protective effect of badger oil on liver injury induced by carbon tetrachloride in mice. Methods The liver injury of mice induced by carbon tetrachloride was used as a positive drug to study the low,medium and high doses of badger (5 μL· g-1 ,10μL· g-1 ,20 μL · g-1 ) on liver injury induced by carbon tetrachloride and its relationship with dose. Results Compared with the model group, the contents of aspartate transaminase (AST) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) in the serum of bifendate, the low, middle and high dose groups were significantly lower than those in the model group. Malondialdehyde (MDA) content and liver index were also decreased and liver homogenate superoxide dismutase (SOD) content was increased, indicating that badger sub-oil can inhibit carbon tetracbloride-induced serum AST, ALT and liver homogenate MDA content and liver index increased, and improve the liver homogenate SOD content. And its effect increased with the increase in the concentration of badger oil. Conclusion Badger oil has protective effect on liver injury induced by carbon tetrachloride in mice, and the protective effect of high dose is the best.
