Study on the Quality of Sea Cucumber by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy

摘要 采用傅里叶变换衰减全反射红外光谱法(ATR-FTIR)快速检测2种不同品质的海参(优质海参和掺糖海参),对2种海参在波数400~4000cm^(-1)区域的谱峰位置及强度进行分析。结果表明,2种海参的红外谱图有明显的区别。利用ATR-FTIR法来鉴别海参质量,样品需求量小,不消耗检材,分析时间短,分析结果准确可靠。 ATR-FTIR Spectrometry was used to rapidly distinguish the quality of two different sea cucumbers, including high quality sea cucumber and sugar doped sea cucumber. The peak position and intensity of the two sea cucumbers were analyzed in the wave number 400-4 000 cm-1 region of the peak. The results indicated that there was a significant difference for the infrared spectra of the two sea cucumbers. The ATR-FTIR method was used to distinguish the quality of two different sea cucumbers, with small samples demand, no expendable samples, and accurate and reliable experimental results.
