摘要
近年来,随着我国住宅产业化的发展,装配式建筑逐渐成为住宅建设应用的一个重要发展方向。钢筋的套筒灌浆连接是装配式结构中钢筋连接的主要技术之一,其高温下的力学性能亟待研究。采用ABAQUS有限元分析软件建立了高温下钢筋套筒连接的受力性能分析模型,着重分析了D25、D20、D16等3种钢筋直径的套筒连接在高温下的滑移和极限承载力。研究表明,在常温下,套筒连接的锚固长度取为8d能够满足受力要求。随着温度升高,灌浆料和钢筋的性能退化,连接的滑移增加,极限承载力下降;钢筋直径越小,连接在高温下的性能越难保证。即使是在高温下,套筒始终处于弹性范围。
In recent years, with the development of housing industry, the precast assembly building has gradually become a significant development tendency in residential construction engineering. A gout-filled pipe splice connector is one of the key techniques of joining steel reinforcement bars in precast assembly structures, but the study on the mechanical properties of this kind of connection in high temperature is very urgent and necessary. A mechanical analysis model of gout-filled pipe splice under the high temperature was established by ABAQUS, mainly analyzing the slip and the ultimate bearing capacity of the connections of three series with diameters of 25 mm, 20 mm, and 16 mm. The research shows that the anchorage length of the bar as 8d at room temperature can meet the requirement. However, the behavior of grouting material and steel bars deteriorates with the increase of temperature, which also leads to the increasing in slip and decreasing in ultimate bearing capacity. When the diameter of the steel bars becomes smaller, it is difficult to ensure the behavior of the connection under the high temperature, and the sleeves are in elastic range all along under the high temperature.
