摘要
随着社会经济的快速发展,在绿色生态设计理念的影响下,人们对居住空间品质提出了更高的要求。自古以来,自然通风是建筑设计中的重要组成部分,它不仅可节约能源,减少环境污染,加强人与自然的联系,使人与自然亲密接触;而且能够改善空气质量,提高室内外新鲜空气的流通,促进自然风循环,营造出良好的室内外风环境。通过CFD模拟仿真可有效分析室内外空气分布的详细情况,分析建筑室内外通风效果,从而指导设计。利用CFD数值模拟,以香港穗禾苑小区风环境为切入点展开模拟对比分析,通过调整建筑单体布局与通风廊道的方向,探索在热带气候条件下高层经济适用住宅中如何有效提升与优化建筑室内外自然通风环境。
With the rapid development of social economy, under the influence of the concept of ecological and sustainable design, people present higher requirements for the quality of living space. Since ancient times, the natural ventilation has been an important part in the architectural design. And the natural ventilation includes the following advantages such as saving energy, reducing environmental pollution, improving air quality and the cir- culation of fresh air indoors, promoting the natural air circulation, and providing the natural ventilation environ- ment. The GFD simulation can effectively analyze indoor and outdoor air distribution and ventilation effect so as to guide the design. In this paper, with Wo Yuan Court in Hong Kong as a case study, the CFD numerical simu- lation and comparative study are used to evaluate building indoor and outdoor ventilation conditions and explore the possibility of effectively improving the ventilation environment in the high rise affordable houses under tropi- cal climates by adjusting the building layout and the azimuth of ventilation corridor.
