郭氏两期辨证论治法用于重症社区获得性肺炎治疗的临床观察

The Therapeutic Effect on the Application of Guo's Two Stages of Syndrome Differentiation Method in the Treatment of Severe Community-acquired Pneumonia

目的对郭氏两期辨证论治法用于重症社区获得性肺炎治疗的疗效及安全性予以研究,证实其具有推广价值,为临床治疗方法的选择提供参考。方法选取福建中医药大学附属晋江中医院2016年9月—2017年8月间治疗的重症社区获得性肺炎患者187例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,对照组按常规西医治疗模式予以治疗,观察组按照郭氏两期辨证论治法结合西医治疗予以治疗。并对其临床疗效、安全性等数据进行组间比较。结果 2组总有效率分别为87.2%和77.4%,观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率分为13.8%和25.8%,观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论郭氏两期辨证论治法结合西医治疗用于重症社区获得性肺炎治疗中具有疗效显著、安全性高等优势,用于临床具有推广价值。

Objective To study the therapeutic effect and safety of Guo＇ s two stages of syndrome differentiation method in the treatment of severe community-acquired pneumonia, to confirm it has the value of popularization, and to provide a reference for the selection of clinical treatment methods. Methods From September 2016 to August 2017 in Jinjiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, 187 cases of severe community-acquired pneumonia patients were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated by routine western medicine, and the observation group received Guo＇ s two stages of syndrome differentiation method combined with Western medicine treatment. And the clinical efficacy, safety and other data were compared between groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 87.2% and 77.4% , respectively. The observation group was significantly better than the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group was 13.8% and 25.8% , and the observation group was significantly better than the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Guo＇ s two stages of syndrome differentiation method combined with western medicine in the treatment of severe community-acquired pneumonia has obvious curative effect, high security advantages and clinical promotion value.
