中医药疗法治疗冠心病心绞痛临床观察

Clinical Observation on Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treating Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

目的探索中医疗法治疗冠心病心绞痛效果。方法选取2017年3月19日—2018年3月19日期间我院冠心病心绞痛100例患者(实施信封随机分组模式),对照组的50例患者进行常规西药疗法,观察组的50例患者进行中医疗法。结果观察组患者的心绞痛发作频率(1.12±0.31)次/周、心绞痛持续时间(3.12±1.42)min/次、心肌耗氧量指数(7.12±0.32)、心率(71.25±2.35)次/min、总有效率(98.00%)均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对冠心病心绞痛患者实施中医疗法效果显著。

Objective To explored the effect of TCM therapy on coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. Methods 100 patients with angina pectoris in our hospital from March 19, 2017 to March 19, 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. 50 patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine, and 50 patients in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine. Results The frequency of angina peetoris （1.12±0. 31 ） times/week, the duration of angina pectoris （3.12±1.42） rain/times, myocardial oxygen consumption index （7. 12±0. 32）, heart rate （71.25±2. 35 ） times, and total effective rate （98%） were superior to those of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of traditional Chinese medicine is remarkable for patients with angina pectoris.
