浅探钱乙《小儿药证直诀》惊风思想

Briefly Exploration on the Convulsion Thought of Key to Therapeutics of Pediatric Diseases of Qian Yi

《小儿药证直诀》记载了北宋儿科医家钱乙诊治儿科病的经验,其中钱乙有关小儿惊风的理论对后世中医儿科临床具有深远的指导意义。现着重以五脏理论为切入点,将散在于《小儿药证直诀》中有关钱乙对小儿惊风的辨证论治理论进行系统整理,详细的总结惊风的病因病机、辨证、治则治法、所用相关方剂及病案分析,以期更好的指导临床。

The experience of Qian Yi who was the pediatrician of earlier Song Dynasty in diagnosing and treating the pediatric diseases was recorded in the Key to Therapeutics of Pediatric Diseases. Theory of infantile convulsion has a profound guiding significance to the clinical diagnosis and treatment in pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine. Through combination mode of five internal organs, we summarized the contents of the treatment based on syndrome differentiation in infantile convulsion, which was described in Key to Therapeutics of Pediatric Diseases dispersedly. In this paper, we discussed the etiology and pathogenesis of convulsion in detail, syndrome differentiation, rule of treatment, the relevant prescriptions and medical records analysis, in order to better guide clinical medicine.
