Objective To expound the clinical experience of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ejection fraction retention heart failure. Methods Through the elaboration of various means of TCM treatment of heart failure and the clinical examples, this paper expressed the effectiveness and feasibility of TCM in the treatment of heart failure, especially the retention heart failure of ejection fraction. Results Traditional Chinese medicine, including Chinese medicine, acupuncture and moxibustion, auricular acupuncture and physical conditioning, has certain clinical curative effect on the heart failure on the basis of syndrome differentiation. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine combines medicine, acupuncture and moxibustion, treating diseases and seeking the root cause, and taking measures according to patient＇ s conditions. It not only treats the differences of etiology and diseases, but also manifests itself in the rich diversity of treatment, which makes up for the deficiency of western medicine in the treatment of ejection fraction retention heart failure. The diversification of traditional Chinese medicine non - drug treatment also brings more choices for clinical treatment.
