归脾汤加减治疗尿毒症维持性血透贫血的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Modified Guipi Decoction in the Treatment of Uremic Maintenance Hemodialysis Anemia

目的探讨归脾汤加减治疗尿毒症维持性血透贫血的临床疗效。方法从本院选取2016年12月—2017年12月进行治疗的62例尿毒症维持性血透贫血患者进行研究,采用随机数字表法将所有患者分为2组,每组31例,对照组采用常规治疗方法,观察组采用归脾汤加减治疗,对比分析2组患者各项指标变化情况、治疗效果以及生活质量。结果观察组患者采用归脾汤加减治疗后,观察组各项指标变化情况优于对照组,观察组生活质量和治疗效果高于对照组,2组间差异明显,P<0.05。结论应用归脾汤加减治疗尿毒症维持性血透贫血患者后,可有效改善患者各项指标变化情况,并提高患者临床疗效和生活质量,安全性高,值得应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified Guipi decoction in the treatment of uremic maintenance hemodialysis anemia. Methods From December 2016 to December 2017, 62 cases of uremia anemia patients with maintenance hemodialysis were studied, using the random number table method, all patients were divided into 2 groups, with 31 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment methods, and the observation group applied modified Guipi decoction. Changes in the indicators, the effect of treatment and quality of life between the two groups were compared. Results The changes of the indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the quality of life and therapeutic effect in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Modified Guipi decoction in the treatment of uremic maintenance hemodialysis anemia can effectively improve the indicators, the clinical curative effect and quality of life, has high safety, and is worthy of application.
