四逆散治疗肝脾不调型干眼症的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Sini Powder in Treating Dry Eye Syndrome of Disorder of Liver and Spleen

目的对四逆散治疗肝脾不调型干眼症的临床效果进行分析。方法对我院2017年9月—2018年2月期间门诊就诊的干眼症患者进行分型,将诊断为肝脾不调型的患者60例随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组给予四逆散加减和局部聚乙二醇滴眼液,对照组给予聚乙二醇滴眼液治疗,对比不同组别的患者临床治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组;治疗前2组患者泪膜破裂时间和泪液分泌时间差异无统计学意义,治疗后2组均有好转,治疗组和对照组泪膜破裂时间差异有统计学意义,泪液分泌时间差异无统计学意义。结论四逆散治疗肝脾不调型干眼症有确切疗效,具有临床意义。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Sini powder in the treatment of dry eye syndrome of disorders of liver and spleen. Methods Patients with dry eye syndrome who were attending clinics during September 2017 to February 2018 in our hospital were classified. 60 patients diagnosed with liver and spleen disorders were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was given Sini powder and topical polyethylene glycol eye drops, and the control group was given PEG eye drops. The clinical effect of different groups of patients was compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group. There was no significant difference in tear film break-up time and tear secretion time between the two groups before treatment. Both groups improved after treatment. There was a statistical difference in the tear film break-up time between the treatment group and the control group. The significance of learning, tear secretion time was not statistically significant. Conclusion Sini powder has definite curative effect in the treatment of dry eye syndrome of liver and spleen disorders, which has clinical significance.
