血府逐瘀汤联合丹七软胶囊治疗心绞痛46例

Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction Combined with Danqi Soft Capsules in the Treatment of Unstable Angina Pectoris for 46 Cases

目的研究血府逐瘀汤联合丹七软胶囊治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法选取我院2015年3月—2017年8月不稳定型心绞痛患者92例作为研究对象,按治疗方案不同分为观察组、对照组,各46例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予血府逐瘀汤联合丹七软胶囊治疗。比较2组治疗效果、治疗前后心绞痛发作频次、持续时间、心电图[最长J-T间期与最短J-T间期差值(J-Td)、最长Q-T间期与最短Q-T间期差值(Q-Td)]变化情况。结果与对照组总有效率80.43%(37/46)相比,观察组95.65%(44/46)较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,2组心绞痛发作频次、持续时间、心电图J-Td、Q-Td无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗1个月后,观察组心电图J-Td、Q-Td低于对照组,心绞痛发作频次少于对照组,心绞痛持续时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血府逐瘀汤联合丹七软胶囊治疗不稳定型心绞痛,可取得显著效果,能减少心绞痛发作频次,缩短持续时间,改善心电图情况。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with Danqi soft capsules in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris. Methods A total of 92 cases of unstable angina pectoris from March 2015 to August 2017 in our hospital were selected as research subjects and divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment plans, 46 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the observation group was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with Danqi soft capsules on the basis of the control group. The treatment effect, the frequency of angina pectoris, duration and electrocardiogram [ the D-value of the longest J-T interval and the shortest J-T interval （J-Td）） , the D-value of longest Q-T interval and the shortest Q-T interval （Q-Td） ] before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results Comparing with the total effective rate of 80. 43% （37/46） in the control group, the 95.65% （44/46） in the observation group was higher, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ） Before treatment, there were insignificant differences between the two groups in angina pectoris frequency, duration, electrocardiogram J-Td and Q-Td （P 〉 0.05 ）. After one month of treatment, the ECG J-Td and Q-Td in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the frequency of angina pectoris attack was less than that in the control group, and the duration of angina pectoris was shorter than that in the control group; the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with Danqi soft capsules in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris can achieve remarkable results, reduce the frequency of angina pectoris, shorten the duration, and improve the electrocardiogram.
