过敏煎加味治疗变应性咳嗽的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Guomin Decoction in the Treatment of Allergic Cough

目的分析过敏煎加味治疗变应性咳嗽的临床价值。方法 2016年8月—2017年12月,选取在本院接受治疗的60例变应性咳嗽患者作为基本研究数据,采用随机抽取的方式进行分组,每组30例,对照组运用常规西药治疗,观察组应用过敏煎加味治疗,对比2组患者治疗效果以及不良反应发生率。结果观察组患者治疗效果显著优于对照组,观察组患者不良反应发生率13.33%显著低于对照组43.33%,P<0.05。结论变应性咳嗽采用中药过敏煎加味治疗的方式,与传统西药治疗相比较,疗效更加显著,同时降低了不良反应发生率,值得在临床范围内进行推广使用。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of Guomin decoction in the treatment of allergic cough. Methods From August 2016 to December 2017, 60 patients with allergic cough treated in our hospital were selected as the basic data. They were divided into teo groups, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, while the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine Guomin decoction. Results The therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the adverse reaction rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Guomin decoction in the treatment of allergic cough is more effective than traditional western medicine, and it reduces the incidence of adverse reactions, so it is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
