鸦胆子油动脉灌注联合^(125)I粒子植入治疗复发宫颈癌的临床研究

The Clinical Study on ^(125)I Particle Implantation Combined with Java Brucea Fruit Oil Artery Perfusion in the Treatment of Recurrent Cervical Cancer

目的探讨125I粒子联合鸦胆子油动脉灌注治疗复发宫颈癌的作用。方法将80例复发宫颈癌患者,随机分为治疗组及对照组。对照组单纯给予行125I粒子植入治疗,治疗组在125I粒子植入治疗的基础上加用动脉灌注鸦胆子油。观察2组患者治疗后临床疗效及远期生存时间。结果 2组患者治疗后比较,治疗组患者总有效率为82.5%。对照组患者总有效率为67.5%。治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者的1、3、5年生存率均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鸦胆子油动脉灌注联合125I粒子在复发宫颈癌的治疗中具有很好的近期及远期疗效,可作为一种可靠的治疗方法对于复发宫颈癌的治疗。

Objective To explore the curative effect of 125I particles combined with java brucea fruit oil arterial perfusion therapy in the treatment of recurrent cervical cancer. Method 80 patients with recurrent cervical cancer were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was treated with 125I particle implantation, and the treatment group was treated with java brucea fruit oil arterial perfusion therapy on the basis of the implantation of 125I particles. The Clinical effect and long-term survival time were observed in two groups of patients. Result In the treatment group, the total effective rate was 82. 5%. In the control group, the total effective rate was 67.5%. The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The 1, 3 and 5 years survival in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The combination of 125I particles combined with java brucea fruit oil arterial perfusion therapy in the treatment of recurrent cervical cancer has a good recent and long-term effect, and provides a reliable theoretical basis for the treatment of recurrent cervical cancer.
