摘要 目前, 我国公路通车里程逐年增加, 但公路交通安全状况依然不容乐观, 其中货运车辆超限超载带来的安全问题依然突出, 利用信息化手段科技治超已成为我国治理货运超限超载的主要途径.其中, 非现场执法模式成为发展热点.利用该模式不仅可以节约建设成本, 节省人力资源, 而且效果比较突出.但是, 非现场执法检测点相对分散、 独立, 不能有效发挥整体效能.为此, 本文提出建立自上而下、 全省统一的非现场超限超载执法信息系统是具有深远意义的. At present, the mileage of highway traffic increases year by year in China, and the traffic safety of highway is still not optimistic. The safety problems caused by overloading of freight vehicles are still prominent. Using information technology to control overloading has become the main way to control freight overloading in China, and the offsite law enforcement mode has become the starting point. The hot spots can not only save construction costs and save human resources, but also have prominent effects. However, the off-site law enforcement detection points are relatively scattered and independent, and can not effectively play the overall effectiveness. Therefore, this paper put forward that it was of far-reaching significance to establish a unified law enforcement information system for off-site overloading from top to bottom in the whole province.
