摘要 线路烧毁是内燃机车的常见故障.本文主要对一起DF7型机车线路烧损故障进行分析, 介绍内燃机车线路烧毁时的检查步骤, 确定该故障的原因为地接转换开关逻辑错误而引起的短路, 并对故障原因进行分析.最后提出相应的整改措施, 对提高内燃机的运行效率, 保证内燃机安全运转具有重要意义. Line burnout is a common fault of diesel locomotives. This paper mainly analyzed a line burnout fault of DF7 locomotives, introduced the inspection steps of line burnout of diesel locomotives, determined the cause of the fault was the short circuit caused by the logic error of ground switch, and analyzed the cause of the fault. Finally, the corresponding rectification measures were put forward, which was of great significance to improve the operating efficiency of the internal combustion engine and ensure the safe operation of the internal combustion engine.
