摘要
本文以某煤机有限公司电磁钢帽热镀锌生产时产生的废液处理处置方法为案例, 阐述热镀锌生产中钢制工件除锈工艺的改变对热镀锌生产废液处理处置的影响.结果表明: 钢制工件喷砂除锈工艺取代酸洗除锈工艺后, 热镀锌废液的产生量大幅减少.根据此方案设计制作出废酸、 废漂洗液、 助镀液三合一处理装置, 实现了热镀锌生产时产生的废液的在线处理及废液的综合利用.
Taking the treatment and disposal method of waste liquid produced in the production of hot-dip galvanizing for electromagnetic steel cap of a coal machine Co. Ltd. as an example, this paper expounded the influence of the change of rust removal process for steel workpiece in the production of hot-dip galvanizing on the treatment and disposal of waste liquid produced in the production of hot-dip galvanizing. The results showed that the production of hot-dip galvanizing waste liquid was greatly reduced after the sandblasting rust removal process of steel workpiece replaces the acid cleaning rust removal process. According to this scheme, a three-in-one treatment device of waste acid, waste rinsing solution and auxiliary plating solution was designed and manufactured, which realized on-line treatment of waste liquid produced in hot-dip galvanizing production and comprehensive utilization of waste liquid.
