京津保水土保持管理策略研究

Study on Management Strategies of Water and Soil Conservation in Jing-Jin-Bao Area

保定作为京津冀都市圈三角区域的节点城市,承担着疏解北京非首都功能,推进京津冀协同发展的重要作用。从京津保地区水资源利用、水土保持监管一体化、水土保持科技协作、水土保持生态补偿等方面阐述京津保地区水土保持管理策略。

As a node city in Beijing- Tianjin- Hebei metropolitan Area, Baod- ing is responsible for resolving Beijing＇s non-capital functions and promoting co- ordinated development of Jing-Jin-Bao Area. This paper mainly elaborated the management strategy of water and soil conservation from the aspects of water resources application, supervision inte- gration, science and technology cooper- ation, and ecological compensation in Jing-Jin-Bao Area.
