新疆重大农业气象灾害防御对策探析

Analysis on the Defensive Countermeasuresof Major Agricultural Meteorological Disasters in Xinjiang

分析了干旱、低温冻害、暴雨、干热风、冰雹、沙尘暴等新疆重大农业气象灾害的特点和危害,并针对气象防灾减灾现状提出了防御对策,以实现当地农业生产高产、优质、高效和可持续发展。

The characteristics and harm of major agricultural meteorological disasters in Xinjiang, such as drought, low temperature freezing, heavy rain, dry-hot wind, hail and sand storm were analyzed. According to the present situa- tion of meteorological disaster prevention and reduction, the countermeasures were put forward in order to achieve high yield, high quality, high efficiency and sustainable development of local agricul- tural production.
