刮痧临床护理应用的文献计量学分析

目的对刮痧法在我国临床护理的应用现状进行文献计量学分析,为临床护理应用和科学研究提供经验和借鉴。方法利用计算机系统检索2000年1月1日至2016年12月31日发表在中国学术期刊全文数据库及万方数据知识服务平台的有关刮痧临床护理应用的文献,利用Excel软件建立数据库,对其年发文量、地区分布、作者机构、被引次数、合著率、基金资助情况、高被引期刊分布、相关疾病和症状进行统计分析。结果共纳入文献181篇,其中期刊论文179篇、学位论文2篇。2000~2008年相关文献的发文数量较稳定,2009年以后呈快速增长态势;文献第一作者分布于18个省、3个直辖市和4个自治区,发文量排名前五的为江苏、四川、山东、广西、浙江,共发文102篇(56.35%);研究机构以综合性医院为主,文献合作度1.88(340/181),合著率59.12%;文献发表在94种期刊上;科研基金资助少。刮痧法临床护理应用于各种疾病引起的痛症,其次是失眠、发热等。结论刮痧的临床应用呈增长的态势,应用热点集中于痛症、失眠、发热等症状,以后的研究中应加强区域合作和联合应用等。

Objective To make bibliometric analysis on clinical nursing application of scraping and provide reference for clinical nursing application and scientific research.Method Search the literature on scraping by computer system published in CNKI and Wanfang Data from Jan.1 st 2000 to Dec.31 st 2016.Build a database by Excel and analyze the annual published amount,district,author affiliations,cited times,coauthor rate,fund assistance,highly cited journal distribution,related diseases and symptoms.Result 181 pieces of literature are included,in which 179 are periodical thesis and 2 are dissertations.Published amount is steady from 2000 to 2008,which increases quickly since 2009.The first authors distribute in 18 provinces,3 municipality cities and 4 autonomous regions.Provinces of Jiangsu,Sichuan,Shandong,Guangxi and Zhejiang have the highest published amout（102,56.35%）.General hospitals is the main institution.Cooperation degree of literature is 1.88（340/181）and coauthor rate is 59.12.Literature is published in 94 kinds of journals.Few fund assistance supports.Clinical nursing applications of scraping are mainly pain,then insomnia and fever.Conclusion Clinical nursing applications of scraping are increasing,which mainly focus in pain,insomnia and fever.Regional cooperation and combined application should be enhanced in further research.
