摘要
文章分析了我国部分农业高校研究生创新能力培养现状,重点阐述了安徽农业大学生物类研究生教育的"以质量为主线、以学生为主体、以教师为主导、以寓教于研为主渠道"的"四主"培养模式。在此基础上,文章提出强化研究生创新能力培养三点建议:树牢创新能力培养新理念,把握创新能力培养主环节,构建创新能力培养的机制。
This article analyzed the current status of the innovative ability cultivation of postgraduate students in some agricultural universities. It described the innovative ability cultivation model intended for the postgraduates of biology majors of Anhui Agricultural University: with quality as mainline,students as main entity,teachers as guide and integrating teaching with research. Suggestions were offered for the innovation cultivation in this article.
