城乡融合背景下新型城镇化的发展转向

The Development of New Urbanization under the Background of Urban and Rural Integration

城乡融合发展是解决当前城乡发展不充分、不均衡矛盾的必然要求。面对当前我国现代化发展失衡、新型城镇化发展遭遇瓶颈,城镇化转向是十分必要的。党的十九大提出的乡村振兴战略以及新型城镇化与乡村振兴的辩证统一为这种转向提供了可能。在此基础上,城乡融合的发展目标、人口流动的合理引导、大型工业的系统迁移使这种转型具备了可行性。因此,新型城镇化应在原有发展路径的基础上,适应这一要求,转变传统农业结构,实现产业融合,为农村现代化发展提供理论依据。

The development of urban and rural integration is an inevitable requirement to solve the contradiction of inadequate and unbalanced development between urban and rural areas. In the present situation of the unbalanced development of modernization,the bottlenecks encountered in the development of new urbanization in China,it is of great necessity to change the direction of urbanization. The rural revitalization strategy put forward on the 19 th National Congress of the CPC and the dialectical unity between new urbanization and rural revitalization provide the possibility for such a transition.On this basis,the development goal of urban and rural integration,reasonable guidance of population flow and systematic migration of large industries make this transition feasible. The new urbanization should adapt to this requirement and pay more attention to the development of village,agriculture and peasantry on the basis of the original development path,so as to realize the transition of development mode.
